EzyReload is an innovative and convenient reload system that allows users to purchase products and services through mobile phone sms system. Currenlty EzyReload is able to cater for Maxis Hotlink, Digi Beyond Prepaid, Celcome, Ring Ring Card, Tmnet Prepaid, G-Voice, G-Link, G-Access. Credit used for the purchasing will be deducted from LGS’s G-Wallet account.

2)How do I use Ezyreload?

You will be given a personal pin(G-Wallet). You can use your handphone together with your pin to order Prepaid Reload Card or other service.

3)What would I do if I do not have a handphone?

The choice is your, you can continue to stay away from the hi-tech technology or take this opportunity to embrace it and get a head start. It's never too late to learn if you want. EzyReload is using sms feature from the handphone.

4)What would happened if I give my pin to someone else?

Agent is not encourage to disclose his G-Wallet pin or web login pin to any third party. LGS is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the misused of your G-Wallet pin or web login pin.

5)Will someone having the same pin like I have?

No, you will be the only one having the pin together with the handphone number, there will be no identical handphone number so you do not have to be worried. You can change your pin from time to time.

6)What happened if I order the reload wrongly?

Your reload ordered is not refundable and exchangeable.

7)Is there any different between the reload sell by LGS and other hand phone shop?

All the reload are distributed by the same Telecommunication Network Provider. All are standardized.

8)Which hand phone network can I use for the EzyReload?

There is no restriction of any hand-phone network, registered line or prepaid line are welcome.

9)Will EzyReload system accept other language other than English?

No, the SMS must be in English language setting.
