1. How and where I can apply for G-Access service?
You can apply G-Access service from any LGS authorized service center / outlets by filling in a copy of the G-Access service application form.
2. Do I need to install any new hardware or software?
Yes, we need to install an auto dialer to make your calling process simpler and faster.
3. How soon can I use my G-Access?
As guideline, we generally take a maximum of 1 -3 days to get all the necessary preparations ready for you. We need to find out more about your needs and preferences such as installation requirement, calling process and all the usage information before we can proceed to installation.
4. I have a fax line, can I use G-Access?
Yes, you can use G-Access for STD and IDD fax calls.
5. If I do not have any fixed line at home or in the office, can I apply for G-Access?
No. You need physical line from other operators namely Telekom Malaysia, Maxis, Celcom or Digi.
6. Does G-Access service work collaboratively with my existing telephone service?
Certainly, G-Access calls are like any other ordinary incoming telephone call. Calls can be terminated on your existing telephone service if you wish. This means you share your existing telephone service with G-Access calls as well as your existing incoming and outgoing calls.
Preferably, reserve a separate line to handle G-Access call only. Nevertheless the choice is yours, as you decide the amount of calls you expect to handle.
7. Will I be able to make outgoing calls with a telephone line used for G-Access service?
Yes, would be able to make outgoing calls with a telephone line used for G-Access service.
8. Is it a postpaid or prepaid service?
G-Access is a prepaid account based service.
9. Do you offer peak and off peak rates?
No, G-Access rates are flat rates.
10. Will I receive monthly phone bill from telco provider as well?
No,you only will get your G-Access bill online.
