1)What is G-Voice?
G-Voice is a prepaid calling system that using call back technology to make outstation or international call by sending SMS or initiating a missed call to LGS's gateway.
2)How do I make call using G-Voice?
You have 4 choices to make a call, that is did call back, direct call back, sms call back and web call back. For further information, please refer to g-voice section.
3)Is there an expiry date on the g-voice air time and what is its validity period?
Validity of g-voice air time is 12 months from the date of purchasing.
4)What are the numbers I have to dial in order to use g-voice service?
Customer has to call one of the following gateway numbers:

5)What are the available air time denominations?
Currently, the g-voice air time is available in four denominations:
RM10
RM30
RM50
RM100
6)Will I be charged when I send sms or call to LGS's gateway?
Mobile users of g-voice will be charged by their respective mobile operator for every SMS send to the LGS's gateway. The SMS rates vary from one mobile operator to another depending on the rates offered by respective mobile operator at that particular time.
7)When the g-voice start charging?
