What is G-Voice?

You can now stay in touch with your family and friends with your Mobile or home phone without paying with a pinch. With our revolutionary “missed call back” technology, you can now enjoy our value added telephony solutions, without paying for high local access charges rates (RM0.30 to RM 0.60/min for mobile phone and RM0.04/min for landline).

If you are a prepaid mobile phone user you are likely to pay as high as RM0.60/min to RM1.50/min (even RM2.60/min) for making a local or outstation calls. With G-Voice, you pay only a fraction of those offered by conventional providers with an outstanding and attractive flat rate of RM0.38/min for making any calls within Malaysia!!!

How to make calls?

Option 1 - Direct Call Back
Call (our gateway number 03-79623600). When the call is through, it will automatically cut you off. You pay NOTHING to call this number.
Wait for G-Voice to call you back.
Answer the call and key in the destination number you wish you call, followed by a # key.
Your call is then connected.

Option 2 - SMS Call Back
Type in the number that you wish to call in the “message” menu. Send to G-Voice access numbers (012-3777741; 016-6766170 or 019-3218833, whichever cheapest for you) and wait for G-Voice to call you when the line is connected. Each SMS charged at RM0.02 to RM0.05, depending on the service provider.

Option 3 – Web Call Back
Go to http://www.lgs.net.my, G-Voice web call back service, and enter the destination you wish to call. For more information and instructions on G-Voice, please our view G-Voice User Guide in the Support section.

What is Mobile Roaming?

An innovative discount mobile service to cater for the international mobile roaming travelers. This service provides the mobile subscribers substantial saving on IDD roaming cost for receiving calls and calling out while in a foreign country.
